Ram. Cinnamomi Gui Zhi 12g Warms the channels and collaterals to relieve pain, unblocks Yang, transforms the Qi and thin mucus, warms and facilitates the flow of Qi through the channels and collaterals and Blood through the vessels,warms the Middle and directs turbid Yin downward.
With Bai Shao, warms and tonifies the Middle Jiao.
With Zhi Fu Zi, for chills and painful extremities due to Yang Deficiency with Wind-Cold-Damp Bi and backache due to Wind-Cold Damp Bi.
With Fu Ling, unblocks the Yang and facilitates the removal of congested fluids associated with Yang Deficiency edema.
With Tao Ren and Mu Dan Pi, for lower abdominal masses.
With Tao Ren, Mu Dan Pi and Fu Ling, for Cold Invasion and Blood Stasis.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 12g Nourishes the Blood, astringes Yin, softens the Liver and relieves pain.
Fr. Foeniculi Xiao Hui Xiang 12g Warms the Liver and Kidneys, expels Cold, regulates Qi, harmonizes the Stomach and alleviates pain.
Rx. Linderae Wu Yao 12g Promotes movement of Qi, warms the Kidneys, disperses Cold and alleviates pain.
Sm. Litchi Li Zhi He 12g Disperses Cold and Stagnation, regulates Qi and stops pain.
Poria Fu Ling 9g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen and transforms Phlegm.
With Gui Zhi, warms and transforms fluids, unblocks Yang and promotes urination.
With Zhi Fu Zi and Sheng Jiang, for edema due to Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency.
